FabScreen is made in Indore by Fab Hr Solution Pvt Ltd, the team behind the FabHr HRMS. We build software for how companies hire and manage people. FabScreen applies that to the place most careers actually start: the campus placement cell.

Why FabScreen exists

Placement cells do some of the hardest operational work in a college with the weakest tools. A TPO might run sixty drives in a season out of spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp groups, then spend weeks reconciling numbers for the director.

Meanwhile, students prepare on their own, with generic question lists that have nothing to do with the companies actually visiting.

We saw these as one problem. If the platform that runs the drive also knows the job description, the rounds and the eligible students, it can prepare those students for that exact drive and show the placement cell who is ready.

What we build against
