FabScreen, a product of Fab Hr Solution Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), provides a placement platform for higher education institutions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from institutions, students, faculty and recruiters, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, work email, role and institution. • Student data provided by the institution: academic records, documents, applications and placement outcomes. • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs. • Communications you send us through demo requests, support tickets or email.

2. How we use information

We use information to deliver and improve the FabScreen platform, run placement drives on behalf of institutions, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use student data to train third-party AI models.

3. Data ownership and access

The institution owns its data. We act as a processor on the institution's behalf. Access to institution data is restricted to authorised FabScreen staff, protected by role-based access control and audit logs.

4. Security

We run on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure, encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and perform annual third-party penetration tests.
